It's Time to Talk Day on Thursday February 1st, help us mark this at the Blide by joining us for tea, coffee, cakes and a chat in the Orkney Blide Trust Lounge between 2pm and 4pm
The Kirkwall Co-op as a partner of the event will be graciously donating us cakes!
• Time to Talk Day from See Me Scotland is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation.
• Taking place on Thursday 1 February 2024, it’s the day that friends, families, communities, and workplaces come together to talk and to listen.
• We all have mental health and any of us could struggle with it, which is why talking about mental health is so important
