A session of the popular chair Yoga led by Sara Friend.

There will be room for up to ten people

Leave the Blide at 9.00am

We’ll head “across the water” and look around the Scapa Flow Museum, visit a café and then head up to the Hoy Kirk Heritage Centre before a visit to Rackwick beach.

Please wear warm clothes and suitable footwear.

Bring money for a café visit, a packed lunch, snacks & plenty to drink.

Arrive back in Kirkwall at around 5.45pm
